All bookings are based on the category of the vehicle and not on the specific model as shown. In the event of unavailability of a vehicle in the category confirmed by the booking, our company reserves the right to upgrade the category at no extra charge to the customer.
The minimum age limit for categories A, A3, B, C, D, E, E2, G1, G3 & Q is 21 years for the driver of the vehicle, while for categories J2 & J7 the limit is 23 years. The maximum age limit for all the above categories is 75 years.
The driver must present a driver's license that has been issued at least 1 year before the starting date of the vehicle rental. Citizens of countries outside the European Union must hold a valid EU driver's license or hold an international driver's license and show the original when picking up the vehicle together with their country's driver's license.
It is possible to choose additional drivers for the vehicle with a maximum limit of 3 drivers at a cost of €5.00 / rental day up to a total amount of €50.00. Additional drivers must present the above documents accordingly.
All summonses and fines related to violations of the Code of Conduct are borne entirely by the lessee of the vehicle. In any such case, the lessee is liable for the payment of the management costs, which amount to €75.00.
In case of an accident the customer is charged an additional amount of 75,00€ for administration costs.
Cancellations of reservations with full refund of the amount in case of payment via our website are made exclusively up to 24 hours before the predetermined pick-up time of the vehicle.
Otherwise, our company reserves the right not to refund the amount.
The return of vehicles can take place up to 1 hour after the predetermined return time. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to charge the lessee for an additional day.
The vehicle is returned to the pick-up station.
Upon receipt of the vehicle, if it is determined that due to use there is a need for biological cleaning, our company reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 100,00€.
The service is offered from our stations on the islands of Mykonos & Santorini with an additional charge of 25,00€.
Our company policy provides for the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle by the driver-tenant at the same fuel level. Otherwise, an additional charge of €10.00 per block on the fuel level indicator (Total capacity 8/8) will be incurred.
The use and driving of the vehicles of our fleet can be carried out exclusively within the borders of Greece and the vehicle cannot be driven outside these borders.
For rentals longer than 3 days, there is no mileage limit on usage. For a period of 1 to 3 days a daily limit of 150 km is set and in case of exceeding this, the lessee is charged with the cost of 0,15€ per kilometer of excess.
Our company provides the possibility of delivering child seats of 3 different types with an additional charge of 6,20€ per day up to the total amount of 74,40€, as well as snow chains with a daily cost of 12,40€ up to the amount of 148,80€.
Our company provides mixed insurance cover with CDW exemption for all our vehicles and on the basis of which the lessee is fully exempt from liability for any damage based on the following table:

The above exemption amounts are held on the lessee's credit or debit card as security and upon return of the vehicle and if it is determined by a formal inspection of the vehicle that no damage of any kind is evident, they are returned to the lessee on the credit or debit card.
All our vehicles have theft insurance.
Our company's cars are covered 24 hours a day by roadside assistance. The contact details of the roadside assistance are stated in the lease contract.
We accept credit and debit cards of all types, except for American Express.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi e-Commerce" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time of pickup by email or by contacting us by phone.
For modifications to your reservation, you can get in touch with our support team, and we will be happy to assist you with any changes you need to make.
If the reservation is canceled in less than 24 hours before pickup time, our company retains the right to charge an additional day to the renter.
You can extend your rental by contacting our station and our partners who served you during the pickup, and they will assist you with the extension.
You can come to the station where you have made your reservation and one of our associates will assist you to register the necessary documents, inform you about the details of your reservation, check the car together and help you with anything else you need.
To return the vehicle, the driver must deliver it to the designated station in the condition in which it was received.
The vehicle can be returned up to 1 hour later than the predetermined return time. Otherwise, additional costs may be incurred.
